Hours and Scheduling
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Our hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Because our work day hours are similar to school hours and perhaps your own work schedule, it will be necessary for you to make some appointments that require absence from school or work. Also, to accommodate as many patients as possible during after school hours, we reserve the 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. appointments for the shorter visits. You can plan on all longer appointments (putting on braces or inserting appliances) being scheduled in the morning hours.
We encourage you to keep your originally scheduled appointments, or to notify us as early as possible if a change is necessary, as broken or missed appointments usually result in a longer active treatment period. We ask that you give us the courtesy of at least one day’s notice if you are unable to make an appointment. We will try to reschedule you as soon as possible, but there may be an unavoidable delay before another appropriate time slot is available.
